AAM Diversified Agriculture Fund

AAM Investment Group (AAM) has today taken further steps towards its goal of increasing capital investment in in efficient and sustainable primary production enterprises with today’s launch of a targeted capital raising.


The AAM Diversified Agriculture Fund (ADAF) is seeking to raise an additional $15m from high net worth individuals, self-managed super funds and family offices who wish to invest in institutional scale assets across Australia’s mainstream agricultural sectors.


AAM is focused on increasing investment in agriculture to put in place high-performing and efficient production systems that deliver positive social, environmental and profitability outcomes.


The funds will be used to purchase livestock and invest in key value-adding improvements on three newly-acquired ADAF Western Queensland cattle and sheep properties, including the iconic Terrick Terrick Station (Terrick)

General Offer Close: 17 July 2020

All existing investors who apply for Units in the Priority Offer will receive a full allocation, subject to the discretion of AAM. The Priority Offer closes on 19 June 2020. The ADAF General Offer closes on 17 July 2020. The Information Memorandum (IM) and the Information Memorandum Addendum (IM Addendum), which must be read together, are available below, together with the Application Form.
