Safety & Training Coordinator


Due to company growth a newly created role of Safety and Training Coordinator has become available. The role will be based in the AAM head office and reports to the Portfolio Manager in the delivery of initiatives that improve health, safety and training outcomes across the businesses.


Some of the role’s key responsibilities will be; assisting in implementing policies, procedures and systems to ensure the operations meet all WH&S regulatory and organisational obligations, coordinating programs and training to raise WH&S awareness, assisting with the maintenance of WH&S plans, leading and facilitating incident investigations, providing guidance to first aiders, wardens, WH&S committees across all sites, and providing safety reporting.

Livestock Overseer – Sunshine Farms, Forbes NSW


The Sunshine Farm Aggregation is a diversified portfolio of five properties in Central West NSW, which AAM has developed into a mixed cropping, livestock (sheep) and irrigation operation.


Sunshine Farms is seeking a Livestock Overseer to support the Business Manager with all tasks related to a high production lamb finishing enterprise.


The Livestock Overseer will be responsible for; developing budgets and forecasts, weighing, treating, and processing lambs to maximise stock performance, managing livestock movements, implementing best practice livestock production techniques, management of crops and pastures for livestock fodder and liaising with external stakeholders including for procurement & forward supply of lambs.

Administration Assistant, Central Victoria Livestock Exchange (CVLX), Ballarat VIC


This newly created part time role of Administration Assistant is required to provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of sale yard facilities.


Key responsibilities include; accounts management and processing sale data, providing quality customer service in relation to enquiries and requests from agents and livestock vendors, raising of purchase orders and accounts payable/receivable invoices, assisting with reconciliations & receipting of income, and providing other office and administrative support to the Operations Manager, finance team and site staff as required.
